Top 7 Fitness YouTubers

With the pandemic and self quarantine still in full swing, I have been using YouTube more and more to find workout videos that actually motivate me. Over the past few months I have complied a list of my favorite fitness YouTubers that make me feel good about myself and my body's journey.

These badass athletes have rockin bodies and positive mind sets that make me feel like I can do anything. So lets get into the list!

Chole Ting

Ting has made a ton of different workouts that either target certain areas or even the whole body. My personal favorite are her abs videos. My abs feel like they are on fire after doing one of her workouts, but man is it worth it.


Madfit does all sorts of workouts including dancer inspired videos. I love her full body workouts because they really help me work up a sweat!

Yoga with Adriene

Yoga is good for the mind, body, and soul. I like to follow a yoga video on days where I need to move my body but am still sore from the previous day's workout.

Pamela Reif

Reif  creates some epic full body workouts that are a part of my weekly routine. I recommend them for a full body sweat fest.

Kyra Pro

Disney dance workouts, enough said.

Eamon and Bec Plus

These two can make the impossible happen; they make me smile even while working out. Their energy is radiant and makes the viewer happy even on a rough day. Their workouts are fun too!

Whitney Simmons

FULL BODY WORKOUTS! I can't say enough how much I love workouts that incorporate the entire body. The day after doing one of Simmons' workouts I feel sore but accomplished!

    1. I highly recommend Ting's workouts because she shows how to make certain moves easier depending on expert level.
