Ramen Pizza on the Fourth

Today is the fourth of July in America, which means the celebration of America's Independence will be filled once again with bbq parties, parades, fireworks, and oh yeah a bunch of happy drunks. If being mindlessly drunk on a Tuesday isn't your thing, look no further because boy do I have a recipe for you!

The lazy cat lady kitchen is back cooking something new up, this time it's a taste test of ramen pizza. Everybody's favorite instant noodle is know for being very versatile and this is the mother of all recipes. One can add just about anything to these delicious noodles and it makes a whole different dish. This time around, buzzfeed came up with a recipe for ramen pizza and I had to give it a try. If I am being honest I wasn't excepting much, I wasn't even excepting it to be good, but I was surprisingly wrong. These little squares of noodles dressed up taste exactly like pizza. This recipe would be fun for those fourth of July parties where you want to seem like you are a cool hipster that just came up with this on a warm Wednesday morning while you were contemplating what it all means. So if you want to be known as the hipster that blew everyone's minds with a crazy dish, just keep on reading.

The ingredients you will need:

Ramen Noodle Packets

Shredded Cheese

Marianna Sauce

Mini Pepperoni Slices

Once again amounts are based on how many mini pizzas you intend on making.

To start off making the mini pizzas, all you have to do is split the raw ramen noodles right down the middle. Now you have two flat square pieces of noodle that will act as the crust. The next step is to assemble the pizza by sauce, cheese, and mini pepperonis. Of course you can put anything you want on the pizza, but I chose pepperoni for my guests. After this is done, bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until edges are golden brown.

Well there you have it! Amazing little ramen pizza that taste pretty darn good for any fourth of July party that you are having or attending. If you give them a try, let me know in the comments below. I hope everyone has a happy and safe fourth of July! Until next time my friends.
